Ingredients: 2 - Wild Salmon Fillets, 4 oz eachBrown Sugar (golden brown), 2 tspOlive Oil, 2 tbspPlanters roasted almonds (54 pieces)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees or whatever your salmon fillets call for. Food process the almond pieces until desired texture and put in bowl. Whisk together the olive oil and brown sugar in a separate bowl until combined. Brush mixture over salmon fillets and roll in almond pieces. Cover the bottom of a baking dish with foil and place the prepared fillets in the dish. Bake according to salmon instructions, approximately 8-12 minutes.
