Ingredients
1 can of Beans, black (any brand)1 Tbsp. Sofrito Sauce3 or 4 cloves of Garlic 1 Tbsp. stuffed Green Olives1/4 cup of chopped onions1 Tbsp. tomatoe sauce 1 dash adobo (Goya)1 envelope of Sazon con culantro y achiote1 envelope of hamon flavor seasoningSazon and Hamon envelopes found in the Goya section of your supermarket
Directions
In small sauce pan spray with olive oil spray
saute' Sofrito, garlic (minced), onions, olives for a few seconds add tomatoe sauce, and stir for a few more seconds
Then add beans (dont drain or wash) and 1/3 can of water. Cover and let simmer on medium low for 15 to 20 or till liquid is thickened to your taste
Makes 3 one cup servings
Serve with white rice
