Ingredients
Swiss Cheese, 4 ozKraft Mozzarella 2% Milk, 4 ozBread, rye, 8 sliceHormel Corned Beef, 12 ozOnions, raw, 1 small*Margarine, soft, 0.25 cupSour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cupSauerkraut, 1 cup
Directions
1. Cube: Corned Beef and rye bread
2. Coat Corned Beed in Reduced-Fat Sour Cream
3. Saute onions in pan with non-stick cooking spray
4. Start to layer in 13" X 9" pan
5. 4 cubed-slices of brea on the bottom
6. Repeat layers of Sauerkraut, coated corned beef, onion, cheese
7. top with rest of bread
8. Drizzle with margarine
