Banana-Walnut Muffins

*Flour, white, 2 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large Banana, fresh, 1.3 cup, mashed Baking Powder, 1 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Walnuts, 0.75 cup, chopped Salt, 0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp *Canola Oil, 0.5 cup
1. Beat sugar, Oil and eggs until light colored and foamy. Use a mixer. Add mashed banana.
2. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamom in another bowl. Add walnuts.
3. Add banan mixture to flour mixture. Stir with large spatula until just moistened, about 10 strokes.
Spoon in muffin tin lined with papers, about 2/3 filled.
Bake 365 for 20-25 minutes for dark coated muffin pan. Make 18 muffins
