Tortilla Manicotti

Ingredients
turkey breastsalsaricotta cheeseitalian cheese blendtortillas
Directions
Heat oven to 325. In bowl, combine turkey 1 cup salsa, ricotta cheese and 1 cup shredded cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place tortillas on flat surface and spread about 1/2 cup filling down the center of each tortilla. Roll up tortillas and place, seam-side down, in a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Spoon remaining salsa over the top and sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese. Cover dish with foil and bake for 23-30 minutes or until warmed through. Serves 8
