Creamy Chicken Enchilada

Ingredients
12 oz cooked chicken shredded1 cup fat free sour cream1 cup picante sauce1 can reduced fat cream of chicken soup8 mission 96% fat free tortilla1 cup reduced fat shredded cheese mexican blend2 tsp chili powder2 scallions diced1 meduim tomato diced
Directions
preheat oven 350 degrees

if chicken is not cooked boil and allow to cool shredd

combine soup sour cream picante sauce chili powder

use 1 cup of mixture add to chicken and stir add 1/2 the cheese

divide mixture among the 8 tortilla's and place in casserole pour balance of mixture on top spread evenly top cover and bake 30 minutes uncover sprinkle with balance of cheese and bake additional 10 minutes remove from oven top with diced tomato and chopped scallion

serves 1 tortilla each
