    Made this last night. Everyone loved it, even my non-turkey lovers. Very easy to make, doesn't take much time, and gravy is easy and ready same time as the meal. I used directions listed by CJYOUCANDOIT as the directions did not show up under recipe. Thank you both for this delicious dinner. - 1/31/14

    This was great! I browned the seasoned tenderloin on both sides in garlic and olive oil. I took the meat out and melted butter/sauteed mushrooms added 1/4 c. of sherry. Then added chicken broth saving about 1/2 cup. Add meat and cook until done. Put flour in broth and add to pan to thicken. Yumm - 12/1/12
