Chicken Potatoe Pot Pie

Ingredients
Directions
1 large chicken breast4 cups potatoes chopped1 1/2 cups broccoli chopped2 cups heavy whipping cream1/4 cup water1 tbs corn starch1 ready to bake pie crust
Boil chicken breast for 45 minutes.
Boil potatoes and broccoli until done.
Shred chicken in bottom of 13x9 pan.
Add potatoes on top, then broccoli.
Mix corn starch and water together.
Bring heavy whipping cream to boil and add corn starch and water mixture.
Stir with wisk until thick.
Pour over everything in pan.
Put pie crust on top of everything and trim.
Bake on 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until pie crust is light brown.
Makes 8 servings.
