Great Chicken with honey/soy sauce

Ingredients
6 chicken breast6 TBSP soy sauce6 TBSP honey1/4 tsp ginger2 garlic cloves, mincedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Take chicken breast and use meat tenderizer to beat them about 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick. Set aside.
Mix soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic until well mixed and honey isn't visiable.
Get large teflon frying pan. Spray with non-stick spray. Preheat skillet on miduim high. Place 3 chicken breast in skillet with lid on. Cook each side of chicken for 3-4 minutes until done. Remove and cook other three breasts. Cut each chicken breast in half. Place in a baking dish with non-stick spray. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken breasts. Place in preheated 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Do not cover.
Remove from oven and enjoy. To reduce calories, don't use extra sauce on the chicken.
