Cran/Cherry/Almond Relish

Ingredients
1 bag cranberries, washed, sorted1/2 cup water1/2 cup low calorie cranberry juice cocktail1/3 cup Splenda no cal.1/2 cup dried Cherries roughly chopped1/2 tsp. almond extract1/4 cup ground Almonds1/2 tsp. cherry extract
Directions
In medium saucepan place the cranberries, water, low cal cranberry juice, and splenda. Bring to a boil. Turn down to simmer, and stir well.
Add in the cherries and cook until cranberries pop and are tender and all is thickened. Remove from heat and stir in extracts and ground almonds.
Chill well before serving. Enjoy..!!!
