Great for a quick peanut butter cookie but it's true like someone else said they are VERY peanut butter-y! haha Maybe you could reduce the amount of PB and add some mashed banana/little more oatmeal instead? Still very good and I would make again, but would tweak recipe. - 2/27/08

I made these with chunky peanut butter and they did not turn out at all. They were really crumbly and fell apart when I tried to roll them into cookies. They didn't bake right either. Don't know if I'll try them again with regular PB. (The dough tasted good, though!;)) - 2/20/10

great and easy- but I only got 26 as well.
For those who need to know, the nutritionals for 26 work out to:
    85 cals, 5.8 fat, 0.83 fib, 3.2 prot
so they're still completely awesome! Yay peanut butter. - 1/27/10

I have made these twice now. Second time I used about 2/3 cup PB and one mashed banana. It was soooo tasty! Made about 18 cookies. - 7/26/08

I did do a couple changes I used egg beaters and wheat flour, and I thought they were great!! I did bake for 8 min in a convection oven--Thanks!! - 2/10/08

After no cookies for awhile, these hit the spot. I only got 26 cookies and that was using a generous teaspoon and they also got slightly dark on the bottoms so I will bake them for 8 minutes next time. The cinnamon is a nice touch but omit if you want a more authentic PB flavor. - 8/28/07

We loved them. They are PB.
I like the banana and more oats idea. - 10/12/14

just made the peanut butter oatmeal cookies, preparation was a snap! I'm not a cook or have ever baked cookies but these came out tasty and they're low calorie. Great! Thanks for the recipe. - 8/9/14

For someone who likes to eat peanut butter by the spoonful these are the "bomb"! I only got 25 cookies out of the recipe but they are still awesome. - 10/2/12

These are delicious. I used steel-cut oats instead of rolled oats and they added a nice toasty crunch, but I think it changed the consistency a bit. Ah well, they were still delicious! Used lots of cinnamon, it really added to the flavor. - 9/20/11

Love your recipe. I used 1 T. flax seed meal and 3 T. water instead of egg. Mixed oat, w/w, and quinoa flours, added a bit of turbinado sugar and protein mix (will add more next time). Before baking I put smarties or nuts in the middle of some. My kids took them first. Less sugar isn't as nice. - 4/6/11

The cookies were very good but the only problem is that I was only able to make about two dozen and no more. I dont know if I did it wrong but I made the 1 inch balls and I wasn't able to make any more then that, I just don't know now how many calories they are, and I really try to go off of it. - 8/6/09

I didn't like these at all. They were so heavy on the PB flavor which normally I wouldn't complain about but these were too much. It really over powers the other ingredients. If you do make them, I agree with baking them for 8 minutes. Also, I didn't even get two dozen, let alone three. - 10/4/07
