1lb lean ground turkey3 tbsp egg white1/2 medium onion2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp garlic powder1/2 cup plain bread crumbs1.2 cup ketchup2 tsp mustard3 tsp brown Sugarsalt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. In a small bowl mix ketchup mustard and brown sugar. Pour about 1/4 of the sauce into the turkey and mix well. Pack the mixture into a loaf pan and pour the rest of the sauce over the top. Bake for 45 minutes or until done.
