PEACH FRENCH TOAST

Ingredients
4 slices bread4 - 6 ounces low fat milk1 egg substitute1 can sliced peachessyrup and whipped creme (optional)
Directions
Blend milk, egg and juice from the canned peaches in a medium mixing bowl. Melt butter on flat pan over cooktop. Coat bread with egg mixture and place on pan. Arrange peach slices around toast to grill. Flip toast and peaches till lightly browned on either side.
Place toast and sliced peaches on serving plate. Add peach or maple syrup, whipped creme (optional)
