This was great. I used 99% fat free turkey,1 extra teaspoon cumin and 2 bay leaves added. Loved the use of v8 juice, I admit I didn't roast peppers- used more mild poblano and 2 guajillo dried/reconstituted pepper that I happened to have, Got 9 cups, loved it! Spicy enough for me, and a favorite! - 2/11/17

Very good. I was able to eat a good amount of chili and not go over my calorice count. - 5/5/11

This was really good. I had to double it for my big family and the need for leftovers. I also added a variety of spices and beef instead of turkey but it really was a delicious basis. Thanks - 2/26/11
