Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients2 1/2 cup rolled oats1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp table salt1 Tbsp ground cinnamon1 cup fat-free skim milk2 large eggs1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients making sure they are fully mixed. Combine the wet and dry ingredients together, mixing well, and pour batter into a 9x13 pan that has been sprayed with Pam or the like. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown. Test center by inserting a knife and if it comes out clean, the Baked Oatmeal is done.

-Mine are done in 30, but it could just be my crazy oven.
