Vegetarian Hot & Sour Soup

Ingredients
Vegetable Broth, 6 cup Lemon grass (citronella), fresh, 1 cup Garlic, 3 cloves Shiitake Mushrooms, 2 cup pieces Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts), 1.5 cup slices Bamboo shoots, raw, 2 cup (1/2" slices) *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar, 0.5 cupGreen onions, 1 cup choppedChilli paste, 2 tbsp
Directions
Simmer broth and add ingredients, except for green onions and chilli paste. Cook for 20 minutes. Add green onions and simmer for another 5 minutes. Stir in chilli paste at the end.
