Ingredients
1 lb 93% lean ground beef, brownedchopped onion2 cups ff mozzarella cheese1 cup part skim ricotta8 oz. lasagna noodles1 jar Spaghetti Sauce(Ragu)
Directions
Brown ground beef and onion, drain and add Spaghetti sauce.
In a bowl, mix ricotta with 1 cup of the cheese and 2 eggwhites, set aside
Take a 9x12 glass dish and add layer of meat mixture, then uncooked lasagna noodles, then cheese mixture, then a bit of cheese, then meat mixture, do this until you are at the top of the dish. Add cheese again and cover with tin foil and bake at 425 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
