Spicy Fish Soup

Ingredients
4- 4oz. tilapia filets1/4 c. bell pepper1- 28 oz. can of tomatoes1- can of rotel tomatoes1-can of tomato sauce - no salt added4 c. water1 Tbsp. garlic powder2 tsp. salt1 tsp. red pepper flakes1 tsp. black pepper
Directions
mix all ingredients except tilapia and simmer for 1 hour. Then cube tilapia and cook about 5 mins. till fish is done. Serve
Remember it's spicy.. you can adjust spices to your liking.

    Could not find Rotel tomatoes here, but did find a recipe online to make your own at home :).
    I added half the water, as I was looking for a thicker 'chowder' like soup. (did not cook down for the entire hour)
