Italian Wedding Soup

Ingredients
Meatballs:1/2 pound (4 oz.) lean ground beef1 large egg2 T. dry breadcrumbs1/4 t. Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up SaltSoup:3 14 oz. cans of fat-free Chicken Broth (or 5.25 cups)1/2 C coarsely chopped carrots2 C chopped baby spinach1 clove garlic, chopped1 C linguine, uncooked and broken into small pieces
Directions
Combine the first four ingredients in a small mixing bowl until all ingredients are blended. Form 3/4 - 1" meatballs.

In a medium pot (at least 3.5 quarts), bring the chicken broth to a boil.

Add meatballs and remaining ingredients to broth. Return to a boil, cooking at a slow boil until pasta is tender (about 7 - 10 minutes).

Serves 4.
