Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise6 oz. chicken breast, cooked skinless, cubed1/4 cup celery, chopped1/4 cup carrots, grated1/4 cup onion, chopped
Directions
Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, and cooked chicken in a large bowl until chicken is well coated.
Stir in celery, carrots and onion. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
Makes 4 approximately 1/4-cup servings.
