Turkey noodle casserole

Ingredients
1 can of mushrooms, strained1 cup cheddar cheese1 cup of milk1 can of condensed cr. mushroom soup1.5 cups of diced leftover white meat turkey2 cups of uncooked whole wheat egg noodlessalt and pepper to taste
Directions
add everything together in a casserole, stir together.

Bake for 40 minutes or until noodles are tender and cooked temp 350 degrees

    We didn't use the cheese. It took FOREVER ( 1/3/4 hrs) to cook this.I only had bow-tie pasta. Even so, I would cook the noodles first and add liquid accordingly. All in all, served with biscuits, is was a good meal. - 10/28/10

    Good. I made without mushrooms and agree that cooking the noodles first cuts down on the bake time. I calculated getting 8 servings with each at a generous half cup serving. - 2/17/15
