Red Sauce w gr turkey and shrooms

Ingredients
20 oz of lean Jennie-o Italian spiced ground turkey2 20 oz cans of crushed tomatoes4 crushed cloves of garlic2 tbsp olive oilitalian spices as you like it
Directions
In a pan large enough to accommodate 20 servings! heat oil, saute garlic and mushrooms, until mushrooms start to brown, turn heat to high and add turkey, cook and mash with a potato masher until meat is still a little pink. Add tomotoes and spices. simmer for at least 2 hr. salt and pepper to taste
