Ingredients
1/3 cup peanut butter1/4 cup wheat germ1/2 cup lite maple syrup2 cups rice krispies3 scoops choc protein pwd1/2 cup oatmeal
Directions
Mix all ingredients adding approx 2 tbsp water to bind together. Spread into 9 inch cake pan. Cut into 20 squares for 70 calorie squares or larger squares for more calories/portion.
