Grace Caribbean Curry with chick peas, veggies

Grace Caribbean Curry Cooking Sauce, 1 bottleChick Peas, 540 ml can, drained, rinsedOnions, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) , dicedGreen Peppers 1 med. diced1 medium Tomato, dicedOlive Oil, 0.5 tbsp Garlic, 1 clove, chopped
Saute chopped garlic clove and diced onion in 0.5 tbsp oil. Add a diced green pepper and saute a couple of minutes. Add drained rinsed can of chick peas and saute, crushing some chick peas to thicken sauce later. Add Grace curry sauce and simmer. Add diced tomato near end of cooking.
Serve with brown rice. ( Cook rice while prepping and simmering sauce)
