Garlic-Roasted Tomatoes

Ingredients
1/2 cup Italian bread crumgs1 tbsp minced garlic1 tbsp olive oil\2 large tomatoes, halved
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. In a mixing bowl, stir together bread crumbs, garlic and olive oil. Arrange tomato halves, cut side up, on a foil-lined baking tray. Top with bread crumb mixture. Bake 10 minutes, or until crumb topping turns golden brown.
