L.R. Kashi banana muffins

Ingredients
5 cups kashi heart to heart honey toasted oat cereal, crushed1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup oat bran1/2 cup ground flax seed2/3 cup brown sugar5 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt1 T. cinnamon2 cups mashed bananas1/2 cup plus 2/3 cup buttermilk3 eggs2 T. oil2 tsp. vanilla2/3 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Spray 24 muffin cups with non-stick spray. In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. In another bowl, whisk together all the wet. Stir wet into dry. Last of all stir in chocolate chips. Divide into muffin cups. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until done. Makes 24 servings.
