I had to add a substantial amount of milk and oil more than the recipe calls for to make it less solid and more like a batter. I also like the idea of replacing the oil with applesauce and will try that next time. Stick to your ribs is right with this recipe!! - 4/4/12

These where good but next time will try to replace oil with applesauce and add splenda. I found them to be dry but when I added the syrup they were great!!! so the applesauce might help so I don't have to add splenda or syrup. - 6/19/10

Made this for breakfast and it was sooo gooood. And sweet enough that I didn't miss the syrup! I had to puree the blueberries, though, becsue my hubby won't eat any fruit or veggie pieces. - 5/30/10

Very good and filling. I substituted apple sauce for the oil and added an extra 1/4 cup blueberries. 2.5 WW points per waffle. My waffle maker made 8 servings - 11/22/09
