Beef Potato Skillet

Ingredients
6 large potatoes, sliced thinly1 green bell pepper, chopped1 lb. ground beef, brownedsaltpepper
Directions
Brown ground beef, drain grease and set aside. Finely slice potatoes and chop the bell pepper. In large skillet, heat about 2 cups of water to boil and add potatoes and bell pepper. Cook until tender. Drain water. Add ground beef to the skillet and mix together carefully. Season with salt and pepper.

Serves about 6
