Ingredients
Mung beans, mature seeds, sprouted, cooked, boiled, 1 cupRed Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped.
Directions
1. Soak the mung beans for 8-10hrs.
2. Drain water and out in sprout box or keep it in a soft moist cotton cloth. The beans will sprout in 10-12hrs.
3. Wash throughly. Add tomatoes & onions.
4. Add "Chaat Masala" and sprinkle "Bhujia Sev" for taste.
