Ingredients
1/2 cup of Low Sodium V81/4 cup Olive Oil1/4 cup Lemon Juice1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar [may substitute]1+1/2 teaspoon of Black Pepper or a peppery Mrs. Dash product1 clove of garlic minced, or equivalent of freeze dried garlic2 Tablespoons of Sundried Tomatoes, minced2 Tablespoons of Fresh Basil chopped or 1 tsp of dried basilOptional: add Splenda only if needed.
Directions
Mix ingredients in a medium jar with tight fitting lid. If you store in the refrigerator, the Olive oil will solidify. Remove from refrigerator about an hour before the meal & shake until well mixed.
