Fish Tacos

1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp ground coriander1/2 tsp smoked paprika (or regular)1/4 tsp ground red pepper1/8 tsp garlic powder1 1/2 lbs tilapia (or other fish of your choice)
Preheat oven to 425.
To prepare tacos, combine cumin, ground coriander, parika, ground red pepper, and garlic powder in small bowl; sprinkle spice mixture evenly over both sides of fish. Place fish on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425 for 9 minutes or until fish is flacky. Place fish in a bowl and break into pieces with a fork.
Divide into tortillas (flour or corn).
