Roasted Beets, Carrots, and Butternut Squash

Ingredients
3 medium carrots5 beets2 C butternut sqash2 T olive oil1.5 T garlic salt
Directions
cut vegetables into bite size pieces uniform in size.
place in a plastic bag and put in the olive oil and garlic salt. close bag and mix well until oil and seasoning are evenly coated. place on a baking sheet and cook at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
