Low cal dinner rolls

Ingredients
1 egg2 cups of all purpose flour1 cup of wheat flour2 tbs of splenda1 envelope of rapid rise yeast3/4 tsp of salt3/4 cup of warm water2 tsp olive oil
Directions
Combine water, sugar, and yeast and mix until yeast is dissolved. Add oil salt and flour until combined well enough to knead. Knead in remaining flour. Let rise for 15mins. Punch down then spray 13x9 pan with cooking spray. Divide dough into 20 equal parts and place in pan. Let rise for 20 mins then bake for 16 mins at 400.

    I only had white flour and real sugar, but they came out great! I added a few tablespoons of ground flax seeds as well. They have a really nice light texture. Good roll recipe. - 9/17/10
