Nica's homemade cranberry sauce

Cranberries, 3 cup, whole Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed Orange Juice, .5 fl oz Cocoa powder, unsweetened, 1 tsp Mixed dried berries, 0.5 cup Ginger, ground, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tspWater, tap, .75 cup Cornstarch, 1 tsdp
Mix all ingredients into a pan, zest one orange and add the juice (about 1 tablespoon). Bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch with a teaspoon of water and mix, then add to the pan. Reduce heat and cook for a total of 15 minutes (this will result in a soft cranberry sauce - if you want more structure to the berries, reduce cooking time)
