Turkey Gravy from Roast Drippings

Ingredients
2 cups of whole wheat flourTurkey drippings with oil skimmed off.16 oz. sliced mushroomswater
Directions
makes 24 1/2 cup servings

after taking the turkey out of the roasting bag, skim off oil from top. Shake up flour with water to so it is not bumpy add to drippings with heat set on high stirring frequently. Add water to the desired thickness you like.
