Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
4 Chicken breast no-skin2 c Carrots2 c Celery2 c Onion2 c Tomato2 c Noodles2 Qt of Water2 c chicken bouillon or broth
Directions
Place water in a large kettle. Season to taste with chicken bouillon powder. Bring to a boil; add noodles and boil until done. Add all the ingredients. Bring to a boil and add chicken. Heat through. Remove from heat and add sour cream. Makes about 20-22 1 cup servings.
