BBQ Eggplant & pindjur

Ingredients
Eggplant, fresh, 1 eggplant, peeled (yield from 1-1/4 salad dressing, Zesty Italian lite, 2 tbsp Pindjur, 3 tbsp
Directions
Cut eggplant into thick slices (about 4)

Brush with salad dressing and BBQ.

When it is just about done put a small amount of Pinjur on each slice.

Pinjur is similar to a salsa and is made from eggplants and can be found in the international section of your grocery store.
