1 cup yellow corn meal1 cup flour1/4 cup sugar1 tbs. and 1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. salt2 beaten eggs1/4 cup canola oil1 1/3 cup milk2 tbs. honey
Preheat oven to 325. Thoroughly sift dry ingredients add beaten egg, and all other wet ingredients. Stir just enough to incorporate into batter Drop into to paper cupcake holders,. Bake for 15.17 minutes. Should yield 11 muffins at 153 calories 6.1 grams of fat each.
