Oven fried veggies

Ingredients
1 medium size sweet potato1 medium size potato1 large carrotPam spraySea salt
Directions
Scrub the veggies and dry them. Cut them into wedges or strips. Place on a Pam sprayed cookie sheet and spray the veggies with Pam then sprinkle them with sea salt.

Bake in preheated 425 oven until golden brown.
