2 cups flour2 tsp grpund ginger1 tso cinnamon1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup semisweet chips3/4 dark molasses1/2 splenda1/4 cup canola oil1 large egg1/2 cup hot water
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degrees
spray 5 x 9 loaf pan with cooking spray
Whisk together dry ingredients
Whisk together wet ingredients, add to dry
add chocolate chips
