Passion Fruit and Raspberry Muffins

Ingredients
300g (~2cups) flour75g (~1/2cup) soft brown sugar125g fresh raspberriespulp & seeds of 3 passionfruit1 egg, lightly beaten175mL plain yogurt125mL vegetable oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 180C/350F. Lightly grease a 12-hole muffin tin. In a medium bowl, mix the sugar, yogurt, flour, passion fruit, egg and oil, until they're just mixed - don't overdo it or your muffins will be heavy. Fold in the raspberries and spoon the mixture into the tin. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
