Karen's Rotini Pasta Salad

2 cups cooked Rotini pasta16 ounce bag of frozen vegetables15.5 ounce can of Black Beans1/4 cup grated 2% Mild Cheddar Cheese1/4 cup grated Kroger Parmesan and Romano cheese1 tablespoon Kraft Light Mayo2 tablespoon Kraft Fat Free Thousand Island Dressing1/2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
Cook pasta, rinse and drain.
lightly butter - we use Olivio - on our Pasta. Set aside.
Microwave vegetables with 1 tablespoon water for 6 minutes. Drain excess moisture bfore adding.
Open rinse and drain can of black beans.
Add Thousand Island, mayo and vinegar along with vegatables to pasta blend gently.
Season lightly - 1 tablespoon - with Garlic and Italion Herbs mix. We buy a garlic and .... different nationality wheel from Aldi.
Gently blend in cheeses.
Black Pepper to taste.
2 Servings for my husband and I for Lunch.
