Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields Beans, black, 1.5 cup (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces Chicken Broth, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Baby Carrots, raw, 10 medium Celery, raw, 2 stalk, small (5" long) *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 3 tsp Garlic, 1 clove
makes about 5- 1 cup servings
cut chicken into small peices
combine chicken,carrots,celery,garlic & taco seasoning in the chicken broth for 15 minutes. Add Black beans & corn, simmer for 5 more minutes or until carrots are tender.
Serve w/ chopped Onions & Cilantro on top
