Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients
2 Breasts of chicken halved (4 pcs)4 Tbls Honey4 Tbls Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Place chicken and 2 Tbls of Honey and 2 Tbls of Balsamic Vinegar in a Ziploc bag and let marinate for at least 30 mins. Once marinated place chicken on sheet pan and bake at 400 for about 25 mins. This will vary depending on oven. Use the remaining 2 Tbls of honey and balsamic vinegar and reduce over medium heat. Once the honey balsamic mixture has thickened you can either spoon it over the chicken or use it for dipping.

    Very simple and easy to make. I like the sweet taste and would most likely make it again. Portions are too small though, I turned it into two servings instead of four. I also put all of the glaze on the chicken prior to baking. - 2/20/11
