Ingredients
6 Frozen Chicken Breast Halves8 oz Light Cream Cheese1 can 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup1 pkt of dry Italian Salad DressingGarlic Powder2 cups Minute Brown Rice 1/2 cup tap water10oz pkg Frozen Broccoli
Directions
Put 1/2 cup of water in crockpot, then add frozen chicken breast halves, drop spoonfulls of of entire cream cheese, soup and garlic powder. Cover & set timer for 6 hours. After 2 hrs add broccoli & brown rice. Cook additional time & serve.
If you notice the mixture too dry (mine has never been) then you can add some fat free milk and/or water as desired.

    I had to make changes to the nutritional info based on the brand of foods that I had, and the calories went up by about 100. I also had to add alot of water, which lessened the flavor of the seasonings and made it bland. But.. overall it's good, and I plan to do more alterations to increase flavor. - 3/11/09
