Ingredients
85g Fuisilli Pasta30g Philadelphia Light with BasilBrocolli Florets70g Mushrooms150g Smoked Cod LoinOlive Oil 1 tsp10g grated cheese (Edam)100ml SKimmed MilkSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Cook pasta and Brocolli together.
In another pan put olive oil and mushrooms. Add fish.
Mix the Philadelphia and milk together and add to the mushrooms. Add the cooked past and brocolli and warm through. Add salt & pepper to taste
Dish out and top with grated edam cheese
