Romano chicken (South Beach Diet )

Ingredients
Chicken 4 ozPaprika 0.5 tbspRomano cheese 1 oz (or just enough to fill a half dollar's worth in the palm of your hand*I recommend shredding your own romano cheese.
Directions
~pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
~Coat baking dish with olive oil
~Mix paprika & shredded romano cheese together
~Spread paprika & romano cheese onto the chicken
~ This is a serving for one, possibly two depending on how much cheese you want :)
~Bake for 23 minutes
