Annie's Tangy Egg Salad

Ingredients
1. 6 hard-boiled eggs2. 1/3 c. of low fat plain yogurt3. 1/4 c. olive oil mayonnaise (or light, but I think olive oil tastes better!)4. 1 medium green onion, chopped 5. 1/2 tsp. paprika6. 1 tbsp. WHITE vinegar7. 1/4 tsp. salt8. pickle relish to taste
Directions
1. Peel and slice up eggs.
2. Add all ingredients.
3. Add pickle relish if you like an extra crunch and tang.
4. Makes 10 quarter-cup servings.
