Baked Stuffed Jumbo Portabella Mushrooms

Ingredients
2 large portabella mushroom caps1/2 cup progresso italian bread crumbs6 oz. dry white cooking wine1 medium onion1/4 cup parmesan cheese2 tbsp. margarine or butter melted*peppers are optional and you may use as much or little as you want*You can also use the mushroom stems as well if you have themMix the dry ingredients, you can add basil or parsley to the bread crumbs. Saute peppers, onion, and garlic with olive oil spray after tender add them to the dry mix, then add the wine and melted butter and mix all the ingredients. Spray a baking pan and place the mushrooms on the pan and stuff. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Add mozzarella cheese on the top for the last 5 minutes of the cooking time, optional.** You can also substitute the 2 jumbo mushroom caps for about 24 smaller mushrooms.
