Simple Bean and broccoli Stew

Ingredients
1 can Navy Beans2 cups broccoli chopped into hearty pieces*2 cups cauliflower chopped into hearty pieces**1 small onion finely chopped3 cloves garlic finely chopped1/4 large red pepper finely chopped1/4 large green pepper finely chopped**1/4 large yellow pepper finely chopped**1 cup chicken brothsalt and pepper to taste2 tbs olive oil**Optional adds an exciting colour to the meal*Add more if you like
Directions
--Sautee onions, garlic, peppers in olive oil for 2-3mins.
--Add broccoli and cauliflower let sautee for an addtional 4-5 mins
--Add chicken broth and bring to a boil
--Add navy bean to pan
-- Add salt and pepper to taste
--Let simmer for 10 - 12 mins
--Let rest for 4 - 5 mins
